Managing Director / Interim CEO
Samer Al Jabi is serving as Interim Chief Executive Officer of TFL Group. He brings more than two decades of international leadership experience in the specialty chemicals and materials industries, with a strong track record in strategy, commercial transformation, and global business development.
Samer joined TFL in 2025 and currently serves as Chief Commercial Officer, where he has been instrumental in shaping and executing the company’s five-year strategic plan and driving global commercial excellence initiatives.
In his interim CEO role, he will focus on ensuring leadership continuity while advancing TFL’s strategic priorities and long-term growth agenda.
Prior to joining TFL, Samer held several senior leadership roles at Trinseo, including Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development and Global Business Director, where he led strategic transformation programs, portfolio optimization initiatives, and M&A transactions across multiple regions.
Samer holds an engineering degree from Jordan University of Science and Technology, MBA for the University of Sheffield, and has completed executive education at institutions including INSEAD and London Business School.
